This opens whole new possibilities to interact with machines. As a consequence, new ways of interaction emerge with the purpose of increasing the communication capabilities and reducing the gap between man and machine. Developer Garden Evangelist Mireia Montanyola (blog.mmontanyola.com) presents in this workshop how to use Telekom Tropo, an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, to interact with machines, and how to combine its capabilities in a synergy with other APIs to develop multiple applications.
